Ample Sleeve Length
The loadable portion of the weight sleeve is 15.5 inches so you can easily load up to 300lbs total of Olympic plates (plates with a 2 inch Diameter hole) on your TRB-84 Olympic Bar.
Assembly Required
There is some assembly required to use the TRB-84 Olympic Bar. Easily insert hammer pins in to the holes as shown in the instruction manual to permanently assemble the weight bar
Strength Training
With a whopping 300lb weight limit, use the TRB-84 for a wide array of strength training workouts such as squats, curls, cleans, presses, and much more
