Ordering was very simple and easy. After placing the order, it only took a few days to arrive. They provided me a package tracking app so I could keep track of where amd when my package would arrive. The upper cable came in a well protective package along with the instructions on how to install it.
Very pleased with the exercise bike. Seat is a little hard so we bought a seat pad making it more comfortable.

Only one objectionable comment. Was advertised as 2-.75" in diameter when, in actuality, was 3", which was what I needed!
This worked perfect with my total gym , and I love the fact that it was free shipping, good quality and not expensive at all. Total gym love the product but their replacement parts prices is Ridiculous

For the price you can’t go wrong. I’d have to say it’s a quality bench.
Great design. Would beeven betterif weight holder coil springs had some type of rubbercover so when squeezing the springs the sharp edge doesn’t dig into your hand.
Effecient, maximize storage of workout area, sturdy. Curl bar just makes it in the holder,could bedesigned better to easily handle curl bar.
