Adjustability
The Olympic Weight Bench and Squat Bar Catch MD-7836 is adjustable in three different ways. The bar crutches can be adjusted to 6-different positions, the back pad can be adjusted to 6 total positions (deceline, incline, and flat,) and the curl pad can be adjusted to three different positions
Construction
Adjustable Weight Bench & Bar Catch MD-7836 is built to last. The 14 gauge metal used to make the bench frame has an ASTM Standard rating of 600lbs while the bar catches are rated for 300lbs. The high density foam provides comfort during your tough workouts and the powder coating finish on the metal reduces the chances of rust.
Detachable
For your comfort, the MD-7836 Preacher Curl Pad and Preacher Curl Handle are detachable when not in use.
Two-Piece Design
Because the MD-7836 Adjustable Olympic Bench is in two pieces, you can easily move the bench away from the bar catch to more comfortable do squats.
Barbell Crutches
The barbell crutches can act as a bar catch for the included bench, or used alone for exercises that require more space, like squats. In addition, the bar catches have Olympic storage pegs to have quick access to your 2-inch diameter hole plates.
