I had surgery on July 10th, so I haven't been able to use this item yet, but it's sitting here anxiously waiting for me! They didn't want me to over exert myself, but got word at doctor's appointment yesterday that I can start to do upper body workouts!
Bought this hula hoop for my adult daughter. She loves it and says it's a great workout for her, it's by far the best hula hoop she ever had.
