After reviewing various options both locally and online, took the plunge and ordered direct from Marcy. So far lives up to all the positive reviews. Highly recommend. Even their customer support gets a 5 star for shipping me a replacement bolt within days after confirming it was defective from the factory (was missing the Allen wrench hole; see photo ). How many horror stories do we all come across today about bad or non existent customer service??? Glad to know Marcy is not one of them.
